Ed was very professional and knowledgeable about the plumbing services that I needed. He provided resourceful options for next steps.
Dealing with a broken pipe after a vacation is incredibly stressful, but Dylan from Plumbing Express made the repair process seamless. What I appreciated most was his transparency—he walked me through everything he was doing, used a thermal camera to prove exactly where the water was collecting in the drywall, and…
Josh is amazing. He is such an honest man. A very few of these . Josh was extremely professional and his knowledge is amazing. He showed up on time . Looked over everything and found out what the actual issue was. I was quoted by others in the 1000 s and Josh looked over everything and then told me exactly what was…
Josh from Plumbing Express did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the visit. He walked through the building with us, explained the plumbing concerns, and identified additional issues that needed attention. The pricing seemed fair, too. We’re giving Plumbing Express a…
This review is specifically pointing out the professionalism of Ed Torres at Plumbing Express. From the first time I spoke to Ed until the job was complete. He was in continuous communications and updates. When I ran into a problem, he was always right there to assist and resolve. He is truly a professional and…
Anthony was great! I had a few issues that needed fixed and he took care of it with ease
Danile and his team did a great job replacing the main line from meter to the house. Although we had real hard rain, they worked through it. Update, two days later, the line still has a leak, I called , texted… so far nothing…. Will update once they fix it. Update 6/21/26…. Frank and Daniel called to setup an…
Dylan from Plumbing Express was extremely helpful following a severe water intrusion incident. To summarize what this company did is they helped put my mind at ease when we feared there may have been a significant problem with the pipes. If anyone just had a question or concern about their plumbing or simply want…
Josh was great. Very friendly and respectful of my home. He arrived within an hour of me calling. I called for one problem but found another. Turns out I had a methane leak around the air admittance valve. I moved into new construction June 2023. Apparently this step was missed when the tankless water heater was…
We are old and ask ridiculous questions. Daniel patiently answered each question eventhough it was the 3rd time my husband or I asked it. If we ever have another plumbing problem we will definitely ask for Plumber Daniel Edwards.
Josh did a great job.... Explained the process and in detail prior to work being done and walked us through the work that was done after completion. Very comfortable with the repair at this point.
Dylan was great, very prompt, professional, and high quality service. I would recommend Dylan and Plumbing Express to everyone!
Dylan promptly found the source of our leak and repaired it.
We were so impressed with Plumbing Express from the beginning to end. Before starting, Ivan met with us and very thoroughly explained what could be done about the 1970s copper pipes located UNDER our slab. We decided to have new pipes rerouted through our attic, which was no small task, fairly scary, and which…
They were great! Very quick and very understanding. I felt safe with them in my home and comfortable enough to address any concerns I had that they may be able to fix. Great customer service and care. Highly recommend.
Tim Robinson was professional, knowledgeable, honest and personable. He worked on finding potential leaks in our home and installed tub faucets and shower trims. He was a pleasure to have in our home and to keep us leak free
Josh was polite and the service was prompt and professional. Plumbing Express came same day for a difficult and stressful issue. No more leak!
Dylan was fantastic, we had some pipes that needed to be replaced after an inspection and he knocked it out real quick at a reasonable price
