Ed was very professional and knowledgeable about the plumbing services that I needed. He provided resourceful options for next steps.
Dealing with a broken pipe after a vacation is incredibly stressful, but Dylan from Plumbing Express made the repair process seamless. What I appreciated most was his transparency—he walked me through everything he was doing, used a thermal camera to prove exactly where the water was collecting in the drywall, and…
Josh is amazing. He is such an honest man. A very few of these . Josh was extremely professional and his knowledge is amazing. He showed up on time . Looked over everything and found out what the actual issue was. I was quoted by others in the 1000 s and Josh looked over everything and then told me exactly what was…

He walked through the building with us, explained the plumbing concerns, and identified additional issues that needed attention. The pricing seemed fair, too. We’re giving Plumbing Express a…

Danile and his team did a great job replacing the main line from meter to the house. Although we had real hard rain, they worked through it. Update, two days later, the line still has a leak, I called , texted… so far nothing…. Will update once they fix it. Update 6/21/26…. Frank and Daniel called to setup an…
Dylan from Plumbing Express was extremely helpful following a severe water intrusion incident. To summarize what this company did is they helped put my mind at ease when we feared there may have been a significant problem with the pipes. If anyone just had a question or concern about their plumbing or simply want…
Josh was great. Very friendly and respectful of my home. He arrived within an hour of me calling. I called for one problem but found another. Turns out I had a methane leak around the air admittance valve. I moved into new construction June 2023. Apparently this step was missed when the tankless water heater was intalled.
We are old and ask ridiculous questions. Daniel patiently answered each question eventhough it was the 3rd time my husband or I asked it. If we ever have another plumbing problem we will definitely ask for Plumber Daniel Edwards.
Josh did a great job.... Explained the process and in detail prior to work being done and walked us through the work that was done after completion. Very comfortable with the repair at this point.
Dylan was great, very prompt, professional, and high quality service. I would recommend Dylan and Plumbing Express to everyone!
Dylan promptly found the source of our leak and repaired it.
We were so impressed with Plumbing Express from the beginning to end. Before starting, Ivan met with us and very thoroughly explained what could be done about the 1970s copper pipes located UNDER our slab. We decided to have new pipes rerouted through our attic, which was no small task, fairly scary, and which…
They were great! Very quick and very understanding. I felt safe with them in my home and comfortable enough to address any concerns I had that they may be able to fix. Great customer service and care. Highly recommend.
Tim Robinson was professional, knowledgeable, honest and personable. He worked on finding potential leaks in our home and installed tub faucets and shower trims. He was a pleasure to have in our home and to keep us leak free

Ron was our second plumber from this company. The first plumber came, examined pipes and said he found no leak, even though we had experiences a large amount of water leaking from the ceiling in the finished basement. We had water pressure and water temperature issues, which turned out to be caused by a failing pressure regulator valve and a failed valve in a crossover recirculator. Anthony diagnosed and replaced both, repaired a pinhole leak in a copper pipe near the PRV, and did the annual service on our tankless heater, all…

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable answered my questions. Great job
I felt l was over charged for the work completed. The original qoute included replacing the pipe from the water meter to the hot water heater. The work completed was the pipe being replaced from the meter to the front wall of the house which was half the pipe replaced that was quoted. And the water pressure in the…

Thoroughly looked for my cutoff valve for water in trying to determine where leak is. Must do a referral to plnpoint actual leak.
Terrible Company!!!!!!! It took 4 trips (over a two-week period) and finally me having to insist on having a manager come to fix a simple cartridge in a faucet that was dripping. A one point the tech had a geyser flooding my bathroom. I haven't witnessed that level of incompetence in a long time and I hope I never…

Plumbing Express tried to fix leak a year ago but it came back.I was told I would be sent specs on what items needed replacement that never came so I turned to Zurn Plumbing who were much more professional and helpful.
Anthony is the best! We thought we might have a leak because our water bills were higher than normal, but we couldn’t find a leak. Anthony was so thorough in his inspection, and so knowledgeable! I called Plumbing express about a leaking shower. Dylan came out the next day. The shower was brand new. First, he noticed a few places that grout was missing where it had recently been tiled. I’m grateful for having Jason out to help initially to fix a pinhole leak.
