I had a dripping hose bib, and, access to the plumbing was tight. I tried to replace the washer, but couldn't disassemble the valve. Time to call an expert. After seeing the positive reviews I called Plumbing Express. A plumber was available that afternoon, so I took the appointment. Mark (the technician)…
We recently moved into a new home and had Plumbing Express fix multiple issues, and each service was excellent. Rod did a great job replacing our main water supply line, Daniel repaired our pinhole leak, and Ivan and his team did a fantastic job with the whole home repipe and drywall/painting, it's like it never even happened!
Dealing with a broken pipe after a vacation is incredibly stressful, but Dylan from Plumbing Express made the repair process seamless. What I appreciated most was his transparency—he walked me through everything he was doing, used a thermal camera to prove exactly where the water was collecting in the drywall, and…
I was pleased with the services provided by Plumbing Express. The star of the show is Ed Torres. Ed was my initial contact and lead me on my journey through the entire piping replacement process. Not only did he perform exquisitely there, but he also referred me to a restoration company that I would end up using.…
Danile and his team did a great job replacing the main line from meter to the house. Although we had real hard rain, they worked through it. Update, two days later, the line still has a leak, I called , texted… so far nothing…. Will update once they fix it. Update 6/21/26…. Frank and Daniel called to setup an…
We are old and ask ridiculous questions. Daniel patiently answered each question eventhough it was the 3rd time my husband or I asked it. If we ever have another plumbing problem we will definitely ask for Plumber Daniel Edwards.
Honest, doesn’t oversell, reasonable prices, great work and cleanup.
Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Completed the work on my bathroom and left everything nice and clean. Again very proficient.
Tim was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Patient with my questions and made sure I understood the situation with clear options to solve them. Was onsite during all work done and was able to problem solve on the fly to make sure everything was done efficiently to limit potential complications.…
This was our 2nd time using this company and we are more than pleased with the service. Most of the plumbing companies we used in the past seem to be only interested in the initial fee for showing up. These guys want to actually fix the problem.
Josh and Alex were very kind and professional. Knowledgeable as well. We also spoke with Ed, another great guy! Jose and Lucio completed the repipe for our home. Fantastic job. Respectable of the house, put down drop cloths and plastic. Ivan the manager took great care of us as well. Roberto did a fantastic job on…
Update to previous review with picture. I paid "$400.25 to replace up to 2 feet of polybutylene pipe", and a "$199.00 difficult access fee". See pics. It was easy scheduling an appointment and the customer service was good. The technician, Rod, was professional as before, polite, and he repaired the hot water…
Would definitely recommend a Plumbing Express! About a month ago, we had an issue with leaks and ended up needing a full home repipe. Ed was our first point of contact and was wonderful at explaining everything to us. He was very thorough and helpful, which made a stressful situation feel more manageable.…
Overall the service and repair went well without any issues.
Dylan arrived on time and was polite. He repaired a burst pipe to exterior faucet and did a great job. He also cleared a bathroom drain, advised we not use drain cleaners and showed us the gadget he uses. We will definitely call on Plumbing Express again.
Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The team was excellent. The job was completed in 1 day with a great team. Very expressive.
Outstanding customer service, we will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs. Can’t thank them enough!

Very nice experience working with Plumbing Express, particularly with Tim Robinson who complete the job as expected. He listened and understood my concerns and try to address them as close as possible. Very nice work. Thanks guys.
We had water pressure and water temperature issues, which turned out to be caused by a failing pressure regulator valve and a failed valve in a crossover recirculator. Anthony diagnosed and replaced both, repaired a pinhole leak in a copper pipe near the PRV, and did the annual service on our tankless heater, all…
Rod was awesome.
Dylan at Plumbing Express is very knowledgeable and quick to identify the problem and execute a solution. He is polite, tidy, and gets the job done! Therefore we have had him for 4 separate issues at our house over the past couple months and have been pleased every time. Highly recommend!

Did a good job explaining things making sure I understood what was going on the pipe Work was done very well. Everything was cleaned up after work. Appreciate everything that was done..
I have been working on a "disasterpiece" remodel of my guess bathroom for quite some time, and very little has gone right. I had someone else install the shower/tub combo, and they did "most" of it right. The tub and two walls were correct, but the valve and spout were not, and it leaked when running a shower. I…
Extremely satisfied with every aspect of this company. Quality of workmanship and communication is second to none! I don't know why anyone would use any other plumbing company. Special thanks to Ed, Ivan, Lucio, Brad, Ben, and Roberto for his amazing sheetrock and paint repair. I am very picky and had absolutely…

Antonio was on time, very personable and informative. Although he couldn't fix the issue ( it was an A/C issue, not a plumbing issue) he was knowledgeable and helpful!

Great guy too, fun to chat with 🙂. These are my new plumbers ha. Thx

Matt did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing an elusive sewer smell in our basement. A smoke test was used to find open pipe behind a wall. We'll definitely use this company from now on. Plumbing Express staff was also very polite and helpful on scheduling and requests.

Had my house repiped in 2020. They did a great job and no issues so far. 🤞🏽 Great you customer service and professionalism. Called for issue with hot water heater this week. Again, it was handled well, fixed within hours with great service.
Dave was great. He inspected a few of our sinks and gave us helpful suggestions to detect leaks in the future. Very helpful!
Great customer service. Manager calls in advance to alert you to the tech's impending arrival. Tech is well-informed, professional, and generous with his time. Reasonably priced. Provided before and after photos to help explain the work performed.
Daniel did an excellent job of analyzing the situation and making recommendations.
Dylan was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I would use Plumbing Express in the future. He did a great job!
Dave was the best!
Dave with Express Plumbing was quick and skillful repairing the leaking pipe. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him/ his company.
Terrible Company!!!!!!! It took 4 trips (over a two-week period) and finally me having to insist on having a manager come to fix a simple cartridge in a faucet that was dripping. A one point the tech had a geyser flooding my bathroom. I haven't witnessed that level of incompetence in a long time and I hope I never…
My tech was Daniel Edwards and he arrived on time for the appointment, was professional and he was busy working the whole time. His visit today has proven his company worthy of going on the preferred vendor list with my office.
Very nice and professional. Job done well and to my expectations.
I’ve used plumbing express several times and always had a great experience. They’re responsive, quick and the service is fantastic. I appreciate that my technician Dan is the same every time, he’s knowledgeable, swift, and knows my home after the various repairs he’s done. Highly recommend them.
Professional. Daniel worked all day to insure completion of the job and was very respectful towards my elderly mother who resides in the area where the leak was ( very much appreciated). He took extra steps to get further information about the pump and supplies needed for the job. Well done, and thank you!
Service was great. Dylan explained the issue, and two solutions which I could choose based upon my needs. He was quick and personable. I would use them again for my plumbing needs.

David Tzikas was a great technician and thoroughly explained the problem and eventual fix and was pleasant and easy to work with. Would call him and plumbing express back any time I need them, though hopefully I won't need them again.
Daniel Edwards was top notch. He was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. From start to finish he was respectful and willing to explain everything he needed to do to fix my problem. He even took pictures so I would have them for my records. Wore covers on his shoes while in my home and cleaned up…
Daniel did a great job! He helped us out a few months back and they came through after all this crazy winter chill/frozen pipes situation. Smooth and fast service during stressful times
Plumbing Express is great. David Roark from Plumbing Express has helped us many times: install a tankless water heater, install kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor faucets, and fix a leak.
