Rod was great as always

I had a great experience with Plumbing Express. My water heater went out and they were able to come out quickly to check it and then get it fixed right away. timely and took care of job

Josh came out and provided a wonderful relief to my worries as he addressed my tankless water heater issue. Thank you!!!

Ed was WONDERFUL! He made right something that should have never happened.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company. The tankless water heater descaling service is a SCAM! My water heater kept giving error code of blockage, and I had to reset it every other day. The tech Anthony recommended descaling. I was charged close to $900 for diagnosing the water heater and descaling it. It…

Daniel was amazing! Highly recommend Plumbing Express. Will keep them in mind for all future plumbing services.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! He quickly assessed the issue and replaced the component and got me back in service.

Anthony was prompt, very professional, and very friendly and took care of our water heater issue quickly. He explained the process he would take and kept us informed while he was here. We have always had a good experience with Plumbing Express and have used them multiple times.

Had a great experience with Dylan from Plumbing Express! Scheduling was a breeze, he showed up on time, and his knowledge was impressive — he addressed all of our concerns without hesitation. The repair price was very competitive, and he even threw in an extra service at no additional charge. Will definitely be…

I woke up to no hot water Sunday morning! I called Plumbing Express and they were able to schedule me for first call Monday. Josh arrived and surveyed the situation. He advised me that the T &P line had not been attached by the person who originally installed this in 2022! Josh attached the T & P, drained the…

Anthony was great! Thorough, professional, courteous. He spent a great deal of time listening, answering my questions, and educating me.

2 other companies and plumbers couldn’t fix the issue but Dylan was able to identify and fix the issue in one afternoon.

Service couldn’t be completed due to needing a new system. We appreciate the very informative visit as well as insight that could help after a new unit install.

Called Plumbing Express as tankless hot water not operating. Their website states "Get Free Plumbing Quote ". When service man showed up an looked at unit he said there would be a $207 charge to look into unit in order to give me a quote to fix unit. Due to not having hot water and time required to get another…

Great and informative service while I was in a bind without a functioning water heater.

Very pleased with Rod and his service of our tankless hot water heater. He installed a new tankless that is superior to the one it replaced and did so quickly and for the estimated price

Everything about my experience was A++ service. From the friendly receptionist who took our call and let us know available times to Dylan who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He helped fix everything and left it better than ever. Great Atlanta plumber team. You will not be disappointed!

Pretty disappointed with my experience. Immediately after the technician flushed my hot water heater, my home’s hot water stopped working as it used to — now it takes about a minute to heat up, whereas before it was instantaneous. The company then quoted me $1,200 to repair the recirculation pump, which had been…
