Tommy from plumbing pals did an amazing job! Got everything fixed quick and easy. Beyond thrilled with the work!
I had a great experience with Plumbing Pals (PP) today. My shower drain needed to be snaked so after a bit of Googling, I came across PP. I scheduled service and a technician came out the next day. They evaluated the issue, gave me an estimate, and once I approved it, got to work. Now my drain is clear. Highly…
Showed up right on time...very professional and courteous. ABSOLUTELY recommend them to everyone
The company was prompt, and they showed and explained everything. Allan, the plumber, was especially knowledgeable and made me feel that he knew what he was doing. Very satisfied with the company.
The communication and response time was terrific. I was able to get a resonable quote and have the repair done in a timely manner! Thanking Tommy and Plumbing Pals!!
Travis and his staff are the best. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.
Great speedy and thorough service
Plumbing Pals did a great job cleaning sewer lines, installing new toilets and vanities. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service.
Our technician was dismissive and refused to explain what was going on or what the problem was with our shower. He left our bathroom a mess and also slammed the door on our way out which caused something to fall and break which he didn’t bother to pick up. We also got out drain snaked by him only a few months ago…
Tommy and his partner were timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My issue was resolved quickly and at an extremely reasonable price.
Steve was here quickly and solved an emergency problem that I was having with a bathtub drain. He was very nice and I appreciated his helpful personality.
Plumbing Pals has always provided me with prompt and excellent service. They have always been dependable and trustworthy. All staff involved on projects in my house are very hard working and reliable. The owners, Ricky and Travis, are hands on and care about customer service.
These guys were awesome and very respectful and patient in addition to solving my issues. I will be calling them again.
quick to respond and took care of the issue right away. Thank you
Great service. Knew exactly how to handle the problem. I give plumbing pals 5 stars all across the board
Clogged kitchen drain on Sunday, called and was given a 8-10am window on Monday. Leroy arrived on time, took a few tries, coming back in with bigger snakes (augur?), until drain was clear. Even then, there was a gurgle noise at the end on drain clearing, so he came back to run the snake one more time to clear that…
Don't ever call them for ur drain open. They try to charge me $350 for the main drain open and other only $220. So I said no I don't need u service, I call the other plumber.
The young man was very nice Did a great job I would use him Again I would highly recommend To others.
Highly recommend plumbing pals. Resolved a dire issue in our new rental. Important thing was how communicative they were. We understood what was going on right away. Timely and effective. Went above and beyond helping remove some water damaged items from our basement. Kudos to Leroy and Gavin for all the help. Once again, highly recommend!
