David was punctual and professional in his interactions with me and the condo maintenance team. The issue was a major leak coming from the condo conditioned water pipe to my AC unit. This company unlike some others actually listened to what I would say was a unique issue. That allowed them to be prepared to serve my need. Tech arrived when he was scheduled and resolved my issue and provided me with the information I needed to supply to the water dept.

For us Plumbing Pals was a lifesaver. We had a pipe burst in the wall leading to an outside faucet of our roof deck. We had to turn off the main.
