Plumbing Pals for plumbing leak repair
Clear ✕David was very helpful and generous with his time and explanations, resolved our leak issues quickly and thoroughly! 10/10 would recommend
The technicians were great problem solvers, very patient and polite dealing with the cramped quarters and funky layout of an 1830s row house. Highly recommend
Plumbing Pals repaired our water service main after it disconnected from the street. The entire process was seamless. They came out next day to check everything out, had the quote to us almost immediately, handled all the coordination with the city, and showed up on time to have the problem resolved within hours.…
I’ve used Plumbing Pals twice this summer for different jobs, and everyone I worked with was excellent. John and David installed a new Bradford White hot water heater, replaced my kitchen faucet, and repaired my bathtub. On a separate, unrelated visit, Alan and Kyle fixed a leaking dishwasher connection and…
I think this may be my second Google review for plumbing pals, but that’s how much I love them. I’ve used them in the past for huge jobs digging up my basement and driveway to replace my full drain pipe line, and I’ve used them for small things like a leaky faucet that needed replacing down to the wire. David was punctual and professional in his interactions with me and the condo maintenance team. The issue was a major leak coming from the condo conditioned water pipe to my AC unit. He had my best interest in mind. I will call plumbing pals anytime and warmly. Recommend them from Customer Service to the plumbing team.
Tommy and his partner were timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My issue was resolved quickly and at an extremely reasonable price.
Plumber showed up on time, showed me the root of the issue, fixed the issue and even helped me with my upstairs sink water pressure. Reasonable prices. I will use Plumbing Pals again (I hope I don’t have to).
David was great! Explained everything clearly and worked quickly to get things sorted. My bathtub looks great and most importantly actually works now
