Is Plumbing Pals any good?

Did a wonderful job! The process from start to finish was seamless and fast. Communication was 100% and everyone was very helpful answering my needs. I absolutely would recommend them if you want a job done right. They did not try to upselling me and was super honest and trustworthy.

I called Economy and they came out the next day. They gave me a 2 hr. window and immediately followed up my call w/ a confirmation text and email and even showed up early. The tech, Tommy, was very helpful and professional. Economy was very responsive and professional, and I would definitely use them again.

Two Mechanics came out as scheduled ; worked hydro cutter thru trunk line , the branch line and then climbed up on roof to clean out / plunge blockage in vent . Old school Master mechanic Tommy took a sensible approach. Now we have clean vented drains

Tommy came at time even earlier as promised. He cleaned the drain of my washer. He moved the heavy washer and placed back the way it was exactly. Good and careful work and a nice person.

Sam came out to help inspect and fix our problem. Was very professional and enthusiastic about his work. People person who is there for the customer and not personal benefit. Would do anything to help, even knocked on neighbors door to help talk to them about issues we had which was very beneficial. Definitely recommend.
