Tommy from plumbing pals did an amazing job! Got everything fixed quick and easy. Beyond thrilled with the work!
I had a great experience with Plumbing Pals (PP) today. My shower drain needed to be snaked so after a bit of Googling, I came across PP. I scheduled service and a technician came out the next day. They evaluated the issue, gave me an estimate, and once I approved it, got to work. Now my drain is clear. Highly…
Showed up right on time...very professional and courteous. ABSOLUTELY recommend them to everyone
The company was prompt, and they showed and explained everything. Allan, the plumber, was especially knowledgeable and made me feel that he knew what he was doing. Very satisfied with the company.
The communication and response time was terrific. I was able to get a resonable quote and have the repair done in a timely manner! Thanking Tommy and Plumbing Pals!!
Travis and his staff are the best. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.
Great speedy and thorough service
Plumbing Pals did a great job cleaning sewer lines, installing new toilets and vanities. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service.
Our technician was dismissive and refused to explain what was going on or what the problem was with our shower. He left our bathroom a mess and also slammed the door on our way out which caused something to fall and break which he didn’t bother to pick up. We also got out drain snaked by him only a few months ago…
Tommy and his partner were timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My issue was resolved quickly and at an extremely reasonable price.
Steve was here quickly and solved an emergency problem that I was having with a bathtub drain. He was very nice and I appreciated his helpful personality.

quick to respond and took care of the issue right away. Thank you
Great service. Knew exactly how to handle the problem. I give plumbing pals 5 stars all across the board
Clogged kitchen drain on Sunday, called and was given a 8-10am window on Monday. Leroy arrived on time, took a few tries, coming back in with bigger snakes (augur?), until drain was clear. Even then, there was a gurgle noise at the end on drain clearing, so he came back to run the snake one more time to clear that…
Don't ever call them for ur drain open. They try to charge me $350 for the main drain open and other only $220. So I said no I don't need u service, I call the other plumber.

Highly recommend plumbing pals. Resolved a dire issue in our new rental. Important thing was how communicative they were. We understood what was going on right away. Timely and effective. Service is fantastic! Would recommend fully. Thank you Alan.
I've been going to Plumbing Pals for various plumbing issues for at least the last 5 or 6 years, and I won't call anyone else. They respond extremely quickly (even faster if there's an emergency), the work is quality, and the pricing is fair – they always propose what actually needs to be done, and won't upsell you.…
Allen came on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and handled the problem. He wore covers over his shoes for cleanliness as well. From our interaction with Allen I would recommend him/company and would not hesitate to first call Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing for future plumbing needs.
Tommy was super quick, transparent and knowledgeable when called out for a main water line blockage. Had us cleared out within a few minutes and explained best practices and what to monitor in our system going forward. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience with Plumbing Pals. I recently had two services done by Plumbing Pals hydro water jet cleaning on my main sewer line and a kitchen faucet installation. Alan and Tommy were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. The work…
We’ve had an opportunity to work with several employees and teams for plumbing repairs and drain issues. John and Jared recently came out and did a complicated shower trim kit update in a shower installed in the 1940s in our 1890s row house breaking only the minimally necessary tile. They also had to do the…
Extremely responsive -- contacted them in evening and they arrived early the next morning. Effectively solved problem. LeRoy was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional.
Had a sink that wouldn't drain even after I tried everything, and they came out and fixed it pretty quickly. Great and quick service, and I loved that I can book online.

We’ve worked with Plumbing Pals a couple of times now and they’ve helpful, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. He…
I hired Plumbing Pals to inspect a shower drain at my rental property. They arrived on time and, after checking things out, recommended clearing the drain with a snake. Economy Drain did an excellent job. Highly recommend them
Hands down the best plumbing service I have ever used. ALWAYS on time and never any hidden issues when it comes to pricing. If you are looking for a plumber, economy should be your choice.
Highly Recommended!!! Friendly, fast, professional, and flexible where possible. They were not able to clear the line on the 1st visit, but deducted the cost against the final bill for replacing a section of collapsed outside pipe. They have a real human receptionist, Karissa, who is a pleasure to deal with, and…
Let me start by saying, Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing is extremely professional, customer focused, well equipped and highly recommended. Came out real quick and was able to plunge my line and get everything moving.
I called Economy to replace some broken supply valves in a difficult to service position and to remove a clog in an outdoor drain. They came out first thing the next morning to handle both. What I didn't like was the last time I used your company they did drain the excess water from my basement. I was told you don't do this but you did last time. It was a little more expensive but well worth it. I was given a phone number by one of your workers, to call a Contractor that works with your company who…

Everything was done Professionally, very good work.
To say the experience was great would be an understatement. As a mama who just had a baby a few weeks ago being stressed and sleep deprived was already enough to break one but adding a basement that was leaking water anytime water was in use (dishes, laundry, bathroom, etc.) was the end all be all. I contacted…

We then reached out to Economy Drain Cleaning and Plumbing, and they immediately recognized our problem. Sam was able to troubleshoot and fix our…
they were polite and efficient ! and fast!
Sam was a huge help in unclogging an old drain that hadn't been maintained in years. Instead of giving up after 15 minutes, and selling me on an expensive repair, Sam spent an hour trying different approaches until the clog broke. Too many plumbers out there trying to make sales, Sam was dedicated to fixing the…
Sam from Economy Drain Cleaning was great to work with. As an out of state landlord, it's hard to find the right people who communicate well and get the job done. I've now used Economy two times and have had a good experience with each. Our main sewage line had a back up and they were able to use the hydro jet and clear our line. I cannot say enough great things about Economy and their amazing tech Tommy. Tom came out on time and was very professional. Alan was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Alan assessed the problem, gave an estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. He gave me two estimates in the event another task needed to be done. I appreciated the additional estimate rather than get an additional up charge while he was fixing the clog, the leaking faucet, and the old pipe.

Manuel was awesome. My drain clogged in front of my garage while it was storming from Ida. Manuel came out late while it was still raining and unclogged it. He stayed until he was sure that the water in my garage drained out!
The owners wife handles all calls she is rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. She doesn't like her job or people. Charged me for a service that wasn't completed. Would never use this company again. Would not recommend to anyone.
Anthony & steven arrived on time, were very professional & polite. Explained exactly what our problem was & fixed it perfectly and didn't take long. I'd been without a working garbage disposal for about a week - Travis fixed it in under 5 minutes and the majority of his time was spent moving the things I still had under the sink out of his way.
