I’ve used Plumbing Pals twice this summer for different jobs, and everyone I worked with was excellent. John and David installed a new Bradford White hot water heater, replaced my kitchen faucet, and repaired my bathtub. On a separate, unrelated visit, Alan and Kyle fixed a leaking dishwasher connection and…
They are the best of the best. Not only were they super easy to work with from customer service to the actual job. They truly care about the customer. I will be referring everyone to Plumbing Pals! Shout out to Alan and Dave !
Easy and helpful!
I’m so very satisfied with service, they came in looking at my pipes and fixed it right then there, fast and speedy. This is my second time hiring them and I’m so very satisfied with their work.
I've been going to Plumbing Pals for various plumbing issues for at least the last 5 or 6 years, and I won't call anyone else. They respond extremely quickly (even faster if there's an emergency), the work is quality, and the pricing is fair – they always propose what actually needs to be done, and won't upsell you.…

I came home from work and had roughly 7" of standing water in my basement. Immediately called Plumbing Pals and they were able to send someone out to my house within 45 minutes to pump the water out of my basement. Travas was incredibly helpful and acted quickly to prevent further damages to my basement. He was…
Called in our leaking non-functioning water heater at 8:00 am and had a brand new functioning one at 1:00 pm. Extremely fast response time and service and the technician explained the process including the underlying issue. Will definitely use and recommend plumbing pals in the future.
Prompt arrival, efficient work
I had a great experience with Plumbing Pals! From the moment I called, they were responsive and professional. Stephan was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They replaced my water heater within 2 hours of calling, which seriously exceeded my expectations. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and…
