I’ve used Plumbing Pals twice this summer for different jobs, and everyone I worked with was excellent. John and David installed a new Bradford White hot water heater, replaced my kitchen faucet, and repaired my bathtub. On a separate, unrelated visit, Alan and Kyle fixed a leaking dishwasher connection and…
They are the best of the best. Not only were they super easy to work with from customer service to the actual job. They truly care about the customer. I will be referring everyone to Plumbing Pals! Shout out to Alan and Dave !
Easy and helpful!
I’m so very satisfied with service, they came in looking at my pipes and fixed it right then there, fast and speedy. This is my second time hiring them and I’m so very satisfied with their work.
I've been going to Plumbing Pals for various plumbing issues for at least the last 5 or 6 years, and I won't call anyone else. They respond extremely quickly (even faster if there's an emergency), the work is quality, and the pricing is fair – they always propose what actually needs to be done, and won't upsell you.…

Called in our leaking non-functioning water heater at 8:00 am and had a brand new functioning one at 1:00 pm. Extremely fast response time and service and the technician explained the process including the underlying issue. Will definitely use and recommend plumbing pals in the future.

Economy got to our house really quick after our water heater sprung a leak. They identified that the water heater needed to be replaced and replaced it in less than 2 hours. Anthony and Tim were great! Super speedy and quality work.
Awesome service - Travis and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the old cast iron pipe in my basement. Would highly recommend!
Anthony and Tim arrived extremely promptly and then went above and beyond in trying to find a replacement part to repair my 2004 water heater (they went to 4 different shops trying to find it). When they couldn't find it, they quickly brought in and installed a new water heater. They were both extremely polite and professional. I would 100% recommend.

We had a water heater at one of our rentals let go after years of good service. We called Travis at Economy upon a trusted referral and he did not disappoint. Our day went from a disaster at 8 am to a new water heater installed and back up running by 3pm. Anthony was our tech who was courteous, knowledgeable and…
Anthony is wonderful. Him and Al, installed two water heaters for my multi-family home. Anthony has a great ability to detect the source of the problem, even when the space seems a bit chaotic. I just purchased my home a few months ago--the basement is unfinished with disorderly wiring. Somehow Anthony figured the…
After chasing a warranty with the manufacturer (Rheem…don’t buy them) for 2 days I got fed—up and decided I needed to cut my losses and keep my sanity. I could not be happier with this company and my experience with them! I noticed my hot water heater leaking on Memorial Day Weekend and had trouble getting in touch with other plumbers.
