I called Economy and they came out the next day. They gave me a 2 hr. window and immediately followed up my call w/ a confirmation text and email and even showed up early. Anthony and Tim arrived extremely promptly and then went above and beyond in trying to find a replacement part to repair my 2004 water heater (they went to 4 different shops trying to find it). When they couldn't find it, they quickly brought in and installed a new water heater. They were both extremely polite and professional. I would 100% recommend.
