John was awesome! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. 4th time using Plumbing Pals!
The technicians were great problem solvers, very patient and polite dealing with the cramped quarters and funky layout of an 1830s row house. Highly recommend
Alan and Gavin were great and timely. Diagnosed what was needed and addressed effectively.
The guys were punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that they patiently waited on my porch while I got my unruly dogs under control. I will definitely use this company again because they were not trying to charge me for services I didn’t need. They only charged me for the estimate and said the…
Prompt friendly service
Gold star service. Squeezed me in as fast as possible and Alan showed up right on time. Fixed the problem right away and the charge was very reasonable.
I've been going to Plumbing Pals for various plumbing issues for at least the last 5 or 6 years, and I won't call anyone else. They respond extremely quickly (even faster if there's an emergency), the work is quality, and the pricing is fair – they always propose what actually needs to be done, and won't upsell you.…
An incredibly professional experience once again! We had our ductless ac serviced and our heater repaired. The technicians arrived as scheduled. Both crews cordial, polite and professional. The Plumbing Pals Team provided us with the Best Home Improvement/Service Work that we have had done in the last 10 years. I…
Great work, on time, fast, and efficient.
I called Economy and they came out the next day. They gave me a 2 hr. window and immediately followed up my call w/ a confirmation text and email and even showed up early. The tech, Tommy, was very helpful and professional. Economy was very responsive and professional, and I would definitely use them again.
Anthony was very knowledgeable and was able to provide service the very same day as our quote appointment. Highly recommend Economy Plumbing!

They were on time very professional they hard getting my heating system up and running very knowledgeable
Had a leaking radiator pipe. One of the the emergency response to my call. In fact, another emergency plumber returned my call just as Economy was finishing. Gave some good tips to avoid future water damage
Everything that occurred today was done with the utmost professionalism and so courtesies were extended to me as a new customer. I highly recommend using this plumbing service.
Anthony and Tim arrived extremely promptly and then went above and beyond in trying to find a replacement part to repair my 2004 water heater (they went to 4 different shops trying to find it). When they couldn't find it, they quickly brought in and installed a new water heater. They were both extremely polite and professional. I would 100% recommend.
Andrew came on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He came up with quick solutions that saved me money instead of using more expensive alternatives. I would definitely recommend him
Really fast and professional! I was surprised at how quickly they came out on a Saturday to replace my old leaking hot water heater. Honestly went way above and beyond to fix an issue with the manufacturer. I’ll be turning to them with any other plumbing needs!
200 $ to turn on a water heater is not fair to me. For other services they have fair prices but in this case I don't think so.
Anthony and Dan came out and fixed our hot water heater. They were fast, efficient, and courteous! I’m super impressed with this company, from the woman who answers the phone every time I call, to the owners, and everyone in between! The prices are incredibly reasonable too! Other companies likely would have told us…
I had PGW doing some work on the gas lines outside on my block. When the PGW person came back to turn my gas back on and relight the pilots he was shocked that I wasn’t dead yet. Apparently my water heater hadn’t been connected to the chimney for a long time and by the grace of God I didn’t die from carbon monoxide…
These guys are the best. A part on my hot water heater blew at night in the middle of a snow storm. I found their name on Google and within an hour of calling, Travas and Anthony arrived to install the replacement part. They were very easy to work with and did a great job. I highly recommend calling them for any standard or emergency plumbing needs.
