What do you need done?

John is the most responsive and professional plumber I have ever encountered. I reached out to him two different times - both times on a Sunday - about doing a job at my parent’s house, and both times he answered immediately. He even scheduled us for the next day. It is clear John has great intentions, knows what he…

All the positive reviews by others are true. John Pratt and his team -- Fabulous. They installed a utility sink in my garage and moved the outdoor water faucet to a more convenient location. Not only were they pleasant and punctual (i.e., same day service), their work was pristine and genius. No more stress…

Had a great experience with Plumbing Problem Solvers. They came out quickly, were very courteous and professional, and fixed my leaking kitchen sink fast. What really stood out was their customer service. When I thought there was an issue with the hot water after they left, they actually turned around and came back…

I had a very good experience with Plumbing Problem Solvers. The work that they did was very thorough. They were very friendly and pleasant. They also allowed me to schedule for a Saturday the same week that I called and were very responsive.

John was responsive and prompt. He handled a variety of issues for us and followed up to make sure any problems were resolved.

I had John Pratt replace with a new backyard hose faucet that included new basement piping connectors. Also, clear clogged bathroom drain.

I have had to call on John twice so far and he has been timely and courteous. Just as important I don't feel like I’ve been “price gouged”. I own an older home.I will probably be calling on Plumbing Problem Solvers in the future. I hope that John stays grounded in his business. It’s a treasure to find a service that…

Great communication skills! They went out of their way to accommodate our busy schedule. I will definitely use this service again.

Our shower handle broke and we were not able to stop the water from running at full force. When I found out it was broken, it had been running for over two hours. We turned off the water at the main and I called John Pratt. I had been following contractors/plumbers/electricians on Next Door. If you received tons…

I had a leaking kitchen trap and a clogged utility sink that needed to be connected properly, and John (Plumbing Problem Solvers) did an excellent job. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the process. Not only did they fix the leak and clear the clog, but they also…

I highly recommend plumbing problem solvers. John Pratt and the crew will get the job done. They came to my house saw what was going on and fixed the problem so fast. And also for a good price. Thank you again.

I have a new plumber! John is the consummate professional. He does great work and communicates throughout the job from start to finish. I highly recommend Plumbing Problem Solvers for any plumbing issue that arises. John is great to work with!

I highly recommend John and will continue to hire for any plumbing issues or preventative maintenance as needed. Scheduling was timely for an emergency consultation.
