Plumbing Problem Solvers for plumbing pipe repair
Clear ✕Great experience with John and his team, Joe and Mohammed. Meticulous work with old basement pipes and very focused for the right outcome. Thank you!
John is the most responsive and professional plumber I have ever encountered. I reached out to him two different times - both times on a Sunday - about doing a job at my parent’s house, and both times he answered immediately. He even scheduled us for the next day. It is clear John has great intentions, knows what he…
All the positive reviews by others are true. John Pratt and his team -- Fabulous. They installed a utility sink in my garage and moved the outdoor water faucet to a more convenient location. Not only were they pleasant and punctual (i.e., same day service), their work was pristine and genius. No more stress…
John and his team (Joe) were excellent in helping fix a leaky pipe in my basement. He was quick to respond, communicated well, gave me a heads up of his arrival time, assessed the situation quickly, and swiftly fixed the issue in about an hour. I was not expecting such a quick turnaround, but they got it done! Super…

We chose John to repair 2 emergency plumbing issues at our home this past winter. John was great at diagnosing the issue, explaining to us what it will involve to fix, and giving the cost information up front. I would hire John again and recommend him to others
John was responsive and prompt. He handled a variety of issues for us and followed up to make sure any problems were resolved.
