Anthony and Bubba rescued us from a very bad situation tonight. Our water heater flat out broke and needed replaced. They were out in the dark cold night racing against the incoming weather to ensure we were good to go. Cannot recommend or praise them enough.
They came out and gave me an estimate during the holidays and allowed me to consider my options. I ended up going with a tankless conversion for long term use. They were great about working through some scheduling issues. Bubba was great to deal with and took pride in doing a good job. Will definitely use them in the future for my plumbing needs.
We had a new water heater installed after our old one started leaking. When the original fix didn't quite meet our expectations, they made it right and went the extra mile to make it better. I commend Andrew and Gray for their honesty and integrity and would recommend them on that alone!
