I called Pointe Pest Control 2 weeks after they had done my quarterly treatment because ants were present in my bathroom. A technician came out to reapply treatment around the perimeter of my house where the ants were coming in. I appreciate Pointe Pest Control's follow up service.

Kenny was personable, and helpful. He had solutions to my questions. He was a very squared away young man.

Levi treated especially for ants entering the laundry room area.

Jacob was very friendly with a contagious positive attitude. I felt comfortable immediately letting him on the property to do his tasks. Timely and good communication.

Kevin came today. He was very thorough. I find whoever the tech is they are always on time, polite, and professional. I like that they report back to me when done. I love having a bug free house...no ants, no fleas, no spiders. I do the quarterly service which keeps everything under control.

Jacob was great and explained things clearly. The initial treatment didn’t take very long and it’s nice to have our backyard taken back from the wasps.

Kenny did a Gr8 job. Listened to me about my concerns and went about his business. Careful not to apply around the hummingbird feeders and treated every where else including the garden shed. We have used point pest for several years now and remain pest free.
