Pointe has always been responsive when I need them. They my regular seasonal treatment but also any time I need them in between. They sure help us keep our home clean and clear from pests. Even when the bugs keep persisting. I believe their younger a lot more value then what you pay for the services. It is worth it.…
Ben is thorough & listens & carefully follows our requests of where to treat & where we do not want treatment!
First time meeting Jonathan… he was professional and paid attention to detail. Appreciate his work. Thank you.
New person who seemed confused about what to do, especially knowing where the mouse stations were. Said the company was suppose to inform him the location of them but they hadn’t. So hopefully he was able to find them and deal with them. I did see him spraying around the foundation so that was good.
We’ve Ben with Point for 5 years. They treat our yard every 3 months. We’ve never seen more than 3-4 bugs inside in that 5 years.
The agent was very helpful & completed the service lpromptly.

I received service for ants. I had to have them return for another treatment. The sugar ants are gone but now I have bigger ants and lots of spiders in my house. Crystal has been coming to service my house since I started working with Point Pest Control and I really like her! Daniel was so professional and kind. He explained everything very well and was very respectful of our home.
I was able to get my house sprayed for seasonal spring insects the day after called! The service itself was quick and I loved that they use a product that is kid and pet safe! Aleq was knowledgeable, efficient, and super kind to my two kitties. Thanks!!
I've used pointe pest control for around 10 years, but the cancellation process completely turned me off from the company entirely. The reason for my cancellation was the lack of urgency during emergency situations. I had a live animal in my upstairs dryer vent on a Saturday. I called pointe to try to have the…

We have been working with Pointe Pest Control for close to 2 years and we have had great service. They send email and text notifications prior to their visit so you know they will be there and wanting to know if you are having any issues they need to be aware of before their visit. The technicians are always pleasant and respectful.
