New person who seemed confused about what to do, especially knowing where the mouse stations were. Said the company was suppose to inform him the location of them but they hadn’t. So hopefully he was able to find them and deal with them. I did see him spraying around the foundation so that was good.

We’ve Ben with Point for 5 years. They treat our yard every 3 months. We’ve never seen more than 3-4 bugs inside in that 5 years.

Josh has been to our place before and is always very polite and positive. He goes the extra mile, for example ... he knocked down a small bees nest under the eve of our shop that is over 20 feet with out being asked to! He is a good technician. Pointe is lucky to have him.

Daniel was so professional and kind. He explained everything very well and was very respectful of our home.

Always gets the job done!

We have been working with Pointe Pest Control for close to 2 years and we have had great service. They send email and text notifications prior to their visit so you know they will be there and wanting to know if you are having any issues they need to be aware of before their visit. The technicians are always pleasant and respectful.

Brandon did a great job. Observed him going all around the house knocking down cobwebs, even around outside light fixtures. Then sprayed around house eves and foundation. He greeted us at the front door and was very courteous and pleasant. Point Pest Control should be proud of this employee.
