New person who seemed confused about what to do, especially knowing where the mouse stations were. Said the company was suppose to inform him the location of them but they hadn’t. So hopefully he was able to find them and deal with them. I did see him spraying around the foundation so that was good.

This time he reset traps in the crawl space that had been removed for remediation and was courteous and helpful (pointed out a potential access point in the garage that had been made during remediation.

Eriet did amazing! I'm used to someone only spraying the outside base of the house and inside baseboards. He knocked down wasp nests for us, sprayed the inside and outside of the house, scrubbed off some spider webs. Great team. Eriet and Ransom took the time to explain how to fix the AC unit port on the side of the house from becoming an entry way for all sorts of pests by plugging it with copper mesh or steel wool and foam insulation.
