New person who seemed confused about what to do, especially knowing where the mouse stations were. Said the company was suppose to inform him the location of them but they hadn’t. So hopefully he was able to find them and deal with them. I did see him spraying around the foundation so that was good.

I've used pointe pest control for around 10 years, but the cancellation process completely turned me off from the company entirely. Jacob did a great job! I trust the technicians to come in without my being home and know that everything will be done perfectly! This time he reset traps in the crawl space that had been removed for remediation and was courteous and helpful (pointed out a potential access point in the garage that had been made during remediation.

Paxton is very polite, on time, and knowledgeable. He throughly answers my questions. Paxton is also neat as he preforms his duties. It is a pleasure to work with him.

Crystal (our Pointe Pest Control tech) is always knowledgeable, friendly, and adept at troubleshooting any potential problems.

Brandon did a great job. Observed him going all around the house knocking down cobwebs, even around outside light fixtures. Then sprayed around house eves and foundation. He greeted us at the front door and was very courteous and pleasant. Point Pest Control should be proud of this employee.

Jacob was great and explained things clearly. The initial treatment didn’t take very long and it’s nice to have our backyard taken back from the wasps.

Jonathan was very thorough in his work and in his explanation of our bug problem. He gave us the benefit of his professional advice and was patient and kind to my wife, who HATES bugs. We highly recommend John and Pointe Pest Control.
