Bri is awesome. I really appreciate her. She always does such a great job. Wouldn’t want anyone else.
Fantastic service by Danial!
Forest calls before he comes. If I'm home he'll explain what he has done or will do. If I have questions he explains everything thoroughly. It's nice to have the same person return so you don't have to explain what you want each time.
Chris is always very nice and does a great job.
2 to 3 years of quarterly service. Absolutely no complaints. Friendly & professional techs.
Ryan is always so kind and professional.
Great and promt service. Friendly and knowledgeable agent.
Beware, if you want to cancel their service you can't do it on their web site, you can't do it in writing, you can't even do it if you call them and tell them to cancel. And they will harass you with texts. You will have to let them try to talk you out of cancelling and sell you other services. Don't use Pointe Pest…
Great experience, we feel well taken care of. Thank you.
They are all very good very happy with their work
He was very knowledge and broke everything down.
We have had the same tech for awhile now which I really like. I feel as though they get to know you and your preferences the longer they are aquatinted with you.

We have been working with Pointe Pest Control for close to 2 years and we have had great service. They send email and text notifications prior to their visit so you know they will be there and wanting to know if you are having any issues they need to be aware of before their visit. The technicians are always pleasant and respectful.
By far the most competent and punctual pest control company I have ever worked with in 40 adult years!

Ken was friendly, professional and did services per my request. Always good to deal with him!
Sean Mcnellis and his assistant did a great job. The only thing that can be done to make it perfect is for pointe Pest to supply them with tools or equipment to reach the highest peaks and soffits of our home. Ours can’t be your only home that has high roof peaks and high areas because of the steep topography
He worked hard to get rid of the many spiders we had this quarter. Thanks.
Chis is very friendly and knowledgeable
I will have to say this is probably the best service that I have received since being a customer. Stevie was knowledgeable, polite, and I feel really went the extra mile on this service. He didn’t just rush and do a half hearted job.

Even though there was some miscommunication about doing the interior, Robert found the time to do both outside and inside as I requested even though he was running a bit behind schedule. Appreciate him accommodating my request that I had asked for earlier by phone call to office. They really come through for their customers. Thank you
