Forest calls before he comes. If I'm home he'll explain what he has done or will do. If I have questions he explains everything thoroughly. It's nice to have the same person return so you don't have to explain what you want each time.

We have been working with Pointe Pest Control for close to 2 years and we have had great service. They send email and text notifications prior to their visit so you know they will be there and wanting to know if you are having any issues they need to be aware of before their visit. The technicians are always pleasant and respectful.

The only thing that can be done to make it perfect is for pointe Pest to supply them with tools or equipment to reach the highest peaks and soffits of our home. Ours can’t be your only home that has high roof peaks and high areas because of the steep topography
