New person who seemed confused about what to do, especially knowing where the mouse stations were. Said the company was suppose to inform him the location of them but they hadn’t. So hopefully he was able to find them and deal with them. I did see him spraying around the foundation so that was good.

Both Rachael and Derrick were professional, fast and thorough in their assessment of our rodent situation and the steps they took to eliminate them. I prefer the overall philosophy Pointe has in dealing with pests (particularly rodents), which is the reason I chose them to service our home.

I was informed by a plumber I had a problem down below the house. RATS 😫. POINT PEST PATROL TO THE RESCUE. They came out and did an inspection. Gave me pricing and a maintenance plan. Pointe Pest Control employees have always been professional, friendly and able to answer questions or, if not, get the information to me. Joseph was no exception. We have been customers for quite a few years and have not been disappointed.
