New person who seemed confused about what to do, especially knowing where the mouse stations were. Said the company was suppose to inform him the location of them but they hadn’t. So hopefully he was able to find them and deal with them. I did see him spraying around the foundation so that was good.

They send email and text notifications prior to their visit so you know they will be there and wanting to know if you are having any issues they need to be aware of before their visit. Great team. Eriet and Ransom took the time to explain how to fix the AC unit port on the side of the house from becoming an entry way for all sorts of pests by plugging it with copper mesh or steel wool and foam insulation.
