New person who seemed confused about what to do, especially knowing where the mouse stations were. Said the company was suppose to inform him the location of them but they hadn’t. So hopefully he was able to find them and deal with them. I did see him spraying around the foundation so that was good.

It's was a very friendly and pleasant interaction from the first knock on the door to the summary of actions taken at the end of service call.

I've used pointe pest control for around 10 years, but the cancellation process completely turned me off from the company entirely. We have been working with Pointe Pest Control for close to 2 years and we have had great service. They send email and text notifications prior to their visit so you know they will be there and wanting to know if you are having any issues they need to be aware of before their visit. The technicians are always pleasant and respectful.

Brandon did a great job. Observed him going all around the house knocking down cobwebs, even around outside light fixtures. Then sprayed around house eves and foundation. He greeted us at the front door and was very courteous and pleasant. Point Pest Control should be proud of this employee.
