Always excellent service. Very responsive if need service between regular appointments. Jenna is very pleasant & professional at her job. I recommend Power Pt.
Always have an ant problem in the summer they spray and if the ants continue they come back and get them again which does the trick. The rain has kept them more active than usual. They always come back right away great company.
Not sure if anyone came out to service my house. I didn’t hear anyone come to my door. And nothing was left at my door saying service was completed outside of my house.

Sage came out to take care of an ant problem in our kitchen. I preferred not to have indoor spraying & he was very respectful of that(he applied bait to affected areas indoors & sprayed around our entire foundation). Sage was very professional, knowledgeable & kind.

Nick came for a mouse inspection and he took care of a few other pests. Very happy with his service
Friendly and knowledgeable
We basically live in the forest preserves and attempted to control indoor pests on our own. A very old house and wooded lands made us losers in this effort. Pointe has helped with an abundance of wasps nests, ants that all store-bought pesticides failed at. All the technicians are professional, helpful, and respectful of the property.
I’m a ground floor unit and have always had issues with ants in the summer. After trying to deal with it on my own for years I finally gave in and brought in outside help and the improvement is astounding! Michael is great, both quick and thorough and generally flexible about working with your schedule!
Josh was on time as promised and answered all my question's. He explained everything about the service and applied the pest control in all areas as needed. Thanks for the prompt service.

Very friendly team and effective at their work. Always timely when coming out and willing to listen to identify what issues we are having. Treatments have been going well and we have noticed little to no ants in property any longer. Also happy with the cobweb removal they perform during their visit.

From our first phone call in to the technician arriving to do our service, we had an EXCELLENT experience. This is our second pest control company, and we were 100 times happier with Pointe than our previous company. Nick S was our technician and he not only listened to all the details I gave him, he suggested…
Adrian and Rigo were very professional and on time. This was my first visit of my quarterly, I had many questions in which they responded to each one with knowledge and professionalism. I feel confident that my issue will go away, since the salesman and experts that came to my house reminded me of the GUARANTEE service Pointe Pest Control offers.

Jon was our technician. We didn’t ask him to but he had a mask on which was very nice and respectful. He looked for the ants and didn’t try and sell us on anything else we didn’t ask for. He did his job fast.
