Always have an ant problem in the summer they spray and if the ants continue they come back and get them again which does the trick. The rain has kept them more active than usual. They always come back right away great company.
Not sure if anyone came out to service my house. I didn’t hear anyone come to my door. And nothing was left at my door saying service was completed outside of my house.

We basically live in the forest preserves and attempted to control indoor pests on our own. A very old house and wooded lands made us losers in this effort. Pointe has helped with an abundance of wasps nests, ants that all store-bought pesticides failed at. All the technicians are professional, helpful, and respectful of the property.
I’m a ground floor unit and have always had issues with ants in the summer. After trying to deal with it on my own for years I finally gave in and brought in outside help and the improvement is astounding! Michael is great, both quick and thorough and generally flexible about working with your schedule!

Over the years we have had issues with mice, ants and other insects. It has not been bad, but it has been a constant issue. Ryan checked every location for mice and insects. He showed me where they were getting in as well as where and how he treated for them. He was thorough, explained things well and was very helpful.
