We had Joseph for our very first visit today. We have used othe pest control providers in the past at our previous address. Decided to give Pointe a chance. Joseph was very informative on what he was spraying around the home along with taking in consideration we have two pets. Joseph was fantastic, personable and respectful.
He arrives on time and is very thorough. Highly recommended
These guys are the best, always professional and I can tell they really care and are doing everything to rid my place of unwanted crawlers.
We basically live in the forest preserves and attempted to control indoor pests on our own. A very old house and wooded lands made us losers in this effort. Pointe has helped with an abundance of wasps nests, ants that all store-bought pesticides failed at. All the technicians are professional, helpful, and respectful of the property.
Joseph was helpful, friendly, and listened to my concerns.
Our technician Oscar was amazing and informative!
Michael is always great! He answers all my questions and is very thorough.
Very nice.
Very friendly team and effective at their work. Always timely when coming out and willing to listen to identify what issues we are having. Treatments have been going well and we have noticed little to no ants in property any longer. Also happy with the cobweb removal they perform during their visit.
Milton, as always did a thorough caring job!

Jerry was very professional and explained what he was doing and how the treatment was going to work. I was very happy that Pointe was able to squeeze me in the same day to take care of my insect problem. They also took down all the wasp nests and cleaned all the webs outside. Very happy with their service. I signed up for the quarterly program.
From our first phone call in to the technician arriving to do our service, we had an EXCELLENT experience. This is our second pest control company, and we were 100 times happier with Pointe than our previous company. Nick S was our technician and he not only listened to all the details I gave him, he suggested…

Big thank you to Austin D for his wonderful explanation to the insect removal service. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to have a return visit for these pesky little ants - so I’m grateful for the complimentary extra services. Austin D was so kind & thorough!
