Excellent hands-on service with deep knowledge and expertise!
Woke up to find about 40 yellow jackets in my living room. I know I had a problem outside. Contacted point pest control. Shane came out same afternoon. sprayed and dusted for different areas told us of the precautions that we would need to take for us and our dog. So far, I don’t see any signs of existing Yellowjackets hope they are gone forever.
Leonardo completely removed the wasp nest (without getting stung). He powdered the former home of the wasps and warned us that some of the displaced wasps would be angry and dangerous for about three days.
Even though it was the biggest nest of yellow jackets he’s ever seen Antonio went in and tacked it.
The servicing tech, Alan, was terrific. He evaluated my wasp issues, took care of the existing problems, and then inspected the entire home for any additional potential issues. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and competent. In addition, he made certain I understood the guarantee & additional services Pointe Pest…

I had a great experience with Julian, he called to confirm the appointment time, showed up when he said he would and was very professional, he did an awesome job and this is an update, I haven't seen a fly or a bee since he's been there, highly recommend, thank-you all for the great service
He was professional
We basically live in the forest preserves and attempted to control indoor pests on our own. A very old house and wooded lands made us losers in this effort. Pointe has helped with an abundance of wasps nests, ants that all store-bought pesticides failed at. All the technicians are professional, helpful, and respectful of the property.
