I haven't seen a mosquito since Point Pest Control started taking care of my yard. They are outstanding!
Professional, Polite and explained all the questions
Courteous and efficient application of mosquito control.
Weather today called for rain. Ricardo explained he had checked the weather and we had several hours before next rain.. Appreciate the consideration of the weather and not just spray because of the schedule.
Always a positive experience. Austin is the best!
Xavier was very professional & friendly We would highly recommend him & Pointe Pest Control
Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and helped identify where mice are coming in to the house . They applied mesh and foam to hopefully block off the entrances and get rid of our mice problem !
Pointe Pest Control has been my go to provider and with people like Adrian whom show not just courtesy but also care in what they do, it's easy to come back and continue my service!

I had an appointment for Wednesday but when I saw two ticks in our yard in a matter of days, I called and they showed up within an hour (on Monday). Very friendly and professional tech. Now let’s hope we don’t see ticks and mosquitoes!
Professional service! They provide the service when scheduled and always provide advance confirmation in case I need to adjust when they come. They let me know when they are on site providing the service so I can keep my pets safe and away from the treatment areas. Super polite and they get the job done quickly and efficiently.
So responsive and effective. Adrienne is so professional and polite. I’ve been thrilled with the company, staff and service. I’m grateful for their help.

Very professional and polite. I have used Pointe for a couple years now and have never had a service issue and the bugs have stayed away. Good value
Service was completed as scheduled and the technician was very courteous.
I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I cannot attest to the effectiveness of the treatment yet. They were super quick, professional and on-time. Customer service was kind and responsive too.
Miguel was friendly, professional and efficient. Easy to talk to and explained his process nicely. Feeling good about the service he provided. Would recommend to anyone looking to ward off creepy crawlies from their home.
Adrian did an amazing job!
Adrian was very polite and professional!
Great Job!!!
Just had our first treatment and was blown away by the experience. I called yesterday around five pm and Jacob arrived at two pm today! I showed him our biggest problem areas and he tackled the rest. The best part is that he was super accommodating with our WFH situation, he called to give me a heads up on arrival…
Adrian arrived promptly and was very professional. He performed our mosquito service; he was efficient and thorough.
Pointe Pest always delivers the highest quality service with dependable, courteous, and professional staff members. They always do an excellent job - we could not be happier!
Two very professional young men came to my house for my scheduled mosquito spray. They told me what they were doing, asked if I had any questions, and reminded me to stay off the lawn following the application. And they confirmed when the work was complete. Nice job.
Using Pointe Pest Control has always been successful. They are the company you need if you want everything taken care of from initial application to reoccurring maintenance. My Rep knows everything about my house and makes sure to follow up on areas we discussed prior. They even know the pets I have and makes sure…
They are always polite and wanting to go above and beyond! Great service!

Wonderful service and professional attitude and friendly staff
Technician was personable, asked good questions about our needs. He waited 10 mins while we drove home from a farmers market trip! A great representative and we will continue to use this company’s expertise.
Highly recommend
I requested morning service and technician called me first thing in the morning to tell me she was on her way. She arrived promptly, asked questions before the application, and let me know when she was finished. Couldn’t have been more timely or considerate.
Always professional, on time and easy to work with. Each tech that they send out is super friendly to do our service. Always recommend them to people in person and will continue to do so. They have good ratings for a reason.
Dependable!
Responsive, professional and courteous
This is the first time we have used Pointe Pest Control for mosquitoes, gnats, ticks, and fleas. The technician answered all my questions before application and worked throughly through the yard, avoiding my flowering plants due to my concern for harming bees. I hope the service works as intended. Time will tell.
Justin was timely, well dressed, professional, polite and thorough. Took time to ask about our vegetation and garden.
