We had Joseph for our very first visit today. We have used othe pest control providers in the past at our previous address. Decided to give Pointe a chance. We basically live in the forest preserves and attempted to control indoor pests on our own. A very old house and wooded lands made us losers in this effort. Pointe has helped with an abundance of wasps nests, ants that all store-bought pesticides failed at. All the technicians are professional, helpful, and respectful of the property.

As always, our Pointe team member (Jonathan) was on time and professional. We've used Pointe for several years at two properties and they are always on top of anything we need. Great response time, team members take time to hear your issues and make recommendations, and they always come back to fix it if you are dissatisfied for any reason.
