Courteous and efficient application of mosquito control.

Weather today called for rain. Ricardo explained he had checked the weather and we had several hours before next rain.. Appreciate the consideration of the weather and not just spray because of the schedule.

Always a positive experience. Austin is the best!

Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and helped identify where mice are coming in to the house . They applied mesh and foam to hopefully block off the entrances and get rid of our mice problem !

I had an appointment for Wednesday but when I saw two ticks in our yard in a matter of days, I called and they showed up within an hour (on Monday). Very friendly and professional tech. Now let’s hope we don’t see ticks and mosquitoes!

Professional service! They provide the service when scheduled and always provide advance confirmation in case I need to adjust when they come. They let me know when they are on site providing the service so I can keep my pets safe and away from the treatment areas. Super polite and they get the job done quickly…

I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I cannot attest to the effectiveness of the treatment yet. They were super quick, professional and on-time. Customer service was kind and responsive too.

Great Job!!!

Just had our first treatment and was blown away by the experience. I called yesterday around five pm and Jacob arrived at two pm today! I showed him our biggest problem areas and he tackled the rest. The best part is that he was super accommodating with our WFH situation, he called to give me a heads up on arrival…

Adrian arrived promptly and was very professional. He performed our mosquito service; he was efficient and thorough.

Pointe Pest always delivers the highest quality service with dependable, courteous, and professional staff members. They always do an excellent job - we could not be happier!

Two very professional young men came to my house for my scheduled mosquito spray. They told me what they were doing, asked if I had any questions, and reminded me to stay off the lawn following the application. And they confirmed when the work was complete. Nice job.

Using Pointe Pest Control has always been successful. They are the company you need if you want everything taken care of from initial application to reoccurring maintenance. My Rep knows everything about my house and makes sure to follow up on areas we discussed prior. They even know the pets I have and makes sure…
