They’re very friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable which is a bonus. I also like the plans and one-time service options that are available and have used both.

We had Joseph for our very first visit today. We have used othe pest control providers in the past at our previous address. Decided to give Pointe a chance. Joseph was very informative on what he was spraying around the home along with taking in consideration we have two pets. Joseph was fantastic, personable and respectful.

We basically live in the forest preserves and attempted to control indoor pests on our own. A very old house and wooded lands made us losers in this effort. Pointe has helped with an abundance of wasps nests, ants that all store-bought pesticides failed at. All the technicians are professional, helpful, and respectful of the property.
