We basically live in the forest preserves and attempted to control indoor pests on our own. A very old house and wooded lands made us losers in this effort. Pointe has helped with an abundance of wasps nests, ants that all store-bought pesticides failed at. All the technicians are professional, helpful, and respectful of the property.

Over the years we have had issues with mice, ants and other insects. It has not been bad, but it has been a constant issue. Ryan checked every location for mice and insects. He showed me where they were getting in as well as where and how he treated for them. He was thorough, explained things well and was very helpful.

Pointe has a yearly service where they come out quarterly for treatment but will come back whenever there is more activity. Yearly service covers all household pests. Definitely recommend.
