On time and great service
I was so pleased with this company and it started with how easy it was to even start an appointment and the man talking to me so was so thorough, patient and kind. He was able to get someone out the next day to help us with our pest problem. You see I had called another company and had to wait to talk to someone…
Marc Corona was wonderful. He listened to my needs and addressed each one until completed. He was very professional in his manner and demeanor. He wore a mask and put shoe covers on before entering my home. When he finished he made sure all of my questions were answered and had me sign off to confirm the job was…

I was called very soon after submitting my online request, still have yet to hear from a large national chain I submitted at the same time. Jonathan was on time to my home and called before, he explained what he would do and was respectful and polite. Very good first experience!
Our Pointe Pest Control representative was very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. All of our questions were answered in detail and he made sure to explain the process. We are thrilled to have them complete our service!
Amazing job, came same day as I called which was so great. Trovel did a great through job and followed up with me when finished. My favorite thing is the free follow ups, I trust the service was great even for my first time just with that!
Pointe Pest has been a go to with my damaged yard thanks to wildlife pests. They are make sure to refill traps, and I can have them out as needed as part of the service if I notice an uptick in activity. They rock.
Knowledgeable and helpful!
Service was great
Nick was awesome and very informative on helping us with our ants!
Very comprehensive job. Customer service person and the technician, Mark, were pleasant and professional.
I used the service because of ants in our home. Trovelle came out and he was very thorough. He explained carefully what he was doing. First he put the gel thing in the corners then sprayed the whole house inside and outside. He also made sure all spiders webs and dusts outside were cleaned. Highly recommended it and very happy with my service.
Matt came out and sprayed and put down gel for ants. So far I haven’t seen any, and I’m very pleased with the service. In the future whenever I have a service call, I would really prefer to have Matt come out and take care of my house. He was extremely nice, explained everything and I was very comfortable with them.
Travelled done an awesome job I will recommend a top 10 worker

Quick, thorough, attentive and professional! We have seen a significant decrease in the amount of creepy crawlers in the house since we started using Pointe Pest Control!
Trovelle was great! He arrived promptly at the start of my appointment window, and was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He was super helpful and explained everything he was doing. He also offered to answer any questions that I had.
Excellent communication prior to appointment. Very pleasant technician. Very thorough even pointing out small opening around gas pipe leading into house that needed to be caulked to keep little critters out. Thanks.
Pointe was great to work with over the phone. When Matt came out, he was on time and immediately saw where we had problems. He explained everything to us and worked quickly... but thoroughly, hitting areas we weren't even aware of. Thanks, Pointe, for a great experience.
