I used the service because of ants in our home. Trovelle came out and he was very thorough. He explained carefully what he was doing. First he put the gel thing in the corners then sprayed the whole house inside and outside. He also made sure all spiders webs and dusts outside were cleaned. Highly recommended it and very happy with my service.
Matt came out and sprayed and put down gel for ants. So far I haven’t seen any, and I’m very pleased with the service. In the future whenever I have a service call, I would really prefer to have Matt come out and take care of my house. He was extremely nice, explained everything and I was very comfortable with them.

We had our first visit in Sept 2017, which ended a late summer ant infestation. There was a second visit late winter, and the third quarterly visit yesterday. So far the service seems to have been effective--noticeably fewer signs of the annual spring return of ants. Will wait to see how things go in the summer…

We’ve been using Pointe for a couple of years to keep ants out of the house. They are always professional, and listen to my concerns. I like to garden for pollinators so we agreed upon the minimum to keep the ants out but minimize impact on other insects.
