I’ve always had great results with this business. They’re prompt in responding to you, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Elijah specifically was incredible to work with.
I had Leonardo come out and he was very professional and thorough. Explained everything he was going to do and everything he did do. Good clear communication.

My family used Pointe Pest Control in the past and were absolutely thrilled with the service. So when it was time to treat my own home, I knew exactly who to call. It was easy to set up the appointment and all of my concerns were listened to and noted. Eddie, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He…

Pretty good. I’ve been a customer since August 2025. So far, I like that pointe pest will come out whenever I call with no extra fee. However, my main negatives right now are they are very quick and don’t check in with me unless I go out and talk to them, and when I asked how they monitor in between services, they…

Live in a new construction area and had an issue with a mouse. John from point pest control couldn't have been any nicer. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been using Pointe Pest Control to eliminate the silverfish and spiders in our basement for over a year and they've been able to get our bug problem in the basement under control. Rarely do we see a spider or silverfish in the basement now. If we do, they come back between regular quarterly visits to take care…
I can’t say enough good things about Pointe Pest Control. I have a real issue with bugs and need them taken care of as quickly as possible. Pointe Pest Control is always responsive, takes care of all of my concerns, and never hesitates to come back out if I’m seeing something between quarterly visits. I would highly…
I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! My entire family uses them and we love them! Their professionalism and willingness to help is amazing. They went above and beyond for my family.
5 stars as always! Prompt and professional!
Pointe Pest Control is awesome! Jacob did a great job finding locations that mice were entering our home and fixing the problem. The last pest control company we used could never fix the problem only treat the mice once they entered. He is very nice and thorough, and I appreciate the time he spends keeping our home pest free.
Our technician was professional, polite, and knowledgeable enough to answer all of our questions.
I found an infestation of ants while my windows were being replaced and needed a service to come out the same day. Pointe was there within an hour to take care of the issue and I’ve been using them ever since. They are always kind and courteous and explain the whats, whys and hows. PLUS, I have 3 dogs and they are…
