I did have to call back because I did have extra questions and those were also answered. The tech showed up not long after he…

I had Leonardo come out and he was very professional and thorough. Explained everything he was going to do and everything he did do. Good clear communication.

Very good service , had a lot of bugs coming into the house but after second treatment the number went from 12 to zero bugs coming into the house! Def recommend! Customer service is amazing!

Antonio was very thorough in completing the interior/exterior inspection. He answered all my questions. He provided an initial treatment of the premises and he indicated he would return in 2 weeks to re- inspect and see how things are going. Very happy with my first appointment!

Called and Eddy came out next evening. Inspected inside house and outside. Identified my bugs. Sprayed thoroughly. Explained in detail what to expect and how long it will take.

Victor was our Tech and arrived on time. He had no hesitation inspecting all of our locations throughout the house for bugs/pests. We are very happy with the service we receive from Pointe.

I have always had a great experience with Pointe Pest Control. The technicians are reliable and thorough, always check in and listen to any concerns I might have. Clifford especially is the best!

Same person comes each time, local business and a person answers the phone when I call.
