Ivan was very friendly and respectful.
Thanks again for a great job and professional service!
Very very impressed with the job that was done. He was very thorough and made sure the job was complete. I highly recommend this company!
Tech showed up on time and did what he was supposed to do. I have no bugs in my house, so I’m happy b
I have spiders really bad at my house. Big ones! I had to have someone come back out twice after my original service with (Eric)all within 45 days. The last service beginning of July, the supervisor (Aaron) came and set up all of these sticky traps EVERYWHERE! I waited hopeful that the supervisor did a better job…
Cord did a great job. I was very interested in seeing what activity there had been in my bait stations and he gave me all the information I needed and also threw in that I needed to watch for increased activity after the hops were harvested. Thank you Cord.
This is the 4th time we’ve done business with a pest control company, our second time signing with Pointe. They did a great job for us the first time. However, what I’m super impressed with is the technician we had today, Lee Guzman. He was amazing in every way, going above and beyond and taking care of everything…
TJ was awesome! Very efficient and spread granules even to get rid of my grasshoppers! (They are rampant in the back corner of my yard! Thank you! Then sprayed everywhere I asked inside! Hopefully this takes care of spider problem! Aaack!
The team arrived on time, they were courteous and were in and out in a timely manner. They swept down cobwebs and did a thorough job to insure the ants got the message to get out. Really a great experience.
Chris is one of the main reasons we stay with Pointe Pest. He is courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He always goes the extra mile when servicing our property. I feel confident in recommending this company. If possible, ask for Chris though my interaction with other employees has been top notch.
Excellent service and reasonable rates. All service technicians are friendly and considerate. Thank you.
Clay Dailey was our tech yesterday. Extremely courteous and outstandingly professional. He came and explained step by step the chemicals he was using as we have 4 dogs that was very important to us. He took his time to ensure he didn't miss anywhere on our property and then he wrote a very detailed report outlining…
Stevie was great! Very helpful and very complete! Thank you!
Absolutely wonderful service. Robert was professional, cheerful, and gave good suggestions for next steps and advice. Great person!
Friendly and thorough.
I've had a severe and recurring problem with wasps. They LOVE all the fencing in my backyard! And occasionally, I've had signs of mice in the garage. Since using Pointe Pest on an established treatment schedule, the number of wasps each spring and summer that return is greatly reduced, and there have been no new…
Brian sprayed today. Always pleasant and very informative.
Did not get the "on our way" text so was caught off guard. Also asked them to please please close all gates when done. They did not, I have dogs, kept them inside of course. Gates left open lead to escaped dogs. Techs need to understand customer requests are very important. They did not say they were leaving either, so no opportunity to speak to them.
Leslie, was kind, thorough and respectful of property.
The two guys who came to do this job were very good they were very thorough and very friendly I very much like having them over for this job at 17 18 13th Street Lewiston idaho.
The service guys have stopped coming to the door when finished with a report and to just say they are done. It was better when they did that. I think Jake may have sprayed poison either on or very near a package on the step that I had gotten which contained medicine. This made me nervous about touching the box…
Great job and prompt!
Daniel was great. He answered all my questions and was very thorough.
Always provide great service and have been a customer for many years
I was not home when he showed up but I did get multiple alerts on my security camera and it looks like he did a thorough job around my house.
Pointe pest has been wonderful. We moved into our new home and shortly discovered a mice problem. It’s now under control and we have peace of mind. They spray for bugs in and out when we request and we love the safer ingredients. Friendly and kind tech visit every time. We are so grateful!
Very friendly and thorough.
The tech, Bri, was on time. I showed her our back yard and how to work the gate. She let me know that she did close the gate as she left. Very friendly, talked about what chemicals she was using and why.
We have a contract to have our house sprayed with insecticide once a quarter. It has really made a difference! The spray they use is not dangerous to our dogs or the feral cats that hunt on our property. 11-13-2025 Bri treated the outside of our house while we were gone. We always feel comfortable with Pointe…
We have had no rodent, spider nor insect problems since working with Pointe Pest. Bri was friendly, .methodical and professional.
11/12/2025 We've been using Pointe Pest Control for several years now, and their techs are all prompt, professional, and courteous. Eric did our latest appointment this week and had helped us knock out a pest problem last month, too. He did a great job. We can always rely on Pointe to solve our pest issues. Thank…
Tyler was great. Showed up on time, explained a few things and answered my questions and got to work.
Brian did a great job, explained everything well, and made what could be a stressful experience feel okay.
Great communication. He let me know 20 mins before he would arrive.
Aaron and Pointe Pest Control are spot on every time. Been using them for years. Aaron is very professional and helpful when you have questions. Thank you for always being there for us!!
Fast and friendly to an old woman
Daniel did a great job treating my house!!! He let me know exactly what he would be treating and asked if I wanted any interior treatment. He was very friendly and professional.
Appointment went very well. Ben was super great and very helpful. He made sure I knew exactly what he was going to do.
Efficient and friendly
Super nice staff and very thorough with their spraying. Since I have set up quarterly spraying they also always come back if I see more spiders, or to remove a bee hive if necessary. One summer we had an issue with mice and they immediately came out to put out traps which was already included in my quarterly…
