Ivan was very friendly and respectful.
Within 24 hours no yellow jacket activities seen, as promised by the Tech. The only quam I have is the automatic enrollment into an annual program.
We’ve been customers for years, until things recently took a bad turn with my own home. Pointe Pest Control serviced our Spokane County home for wasp nests on 7/30/26. The product left multiple oily stains on our composition shingle roof. We reported it immediately, Mike accepted responsibility (they’d sent a…
Logan was a fantastic technician and he did a terrific job.
The salesman was overbearing and very pushy. Once I agreed to their hundred dollar fee they came out and supposedly used some type of powder on my bushes and home to get rid of the spiders. I called another week later and they had to do it again. Another week later and they were worse than they were the first time.…
If I could give zero stars to leave a review I would! My husband and I were very specific about needs and explained very thoroughly where the yellow jackets were on our roof and around our eaves. We have a completely flat walkable roof and the guy who came out DID NOT even treat anything except a walk around ( he…
Ben Gidley was great. He was friendly and answered any questions we had about bugs. Thank you!
This is the 4th time we’ve done business with a pest control company, our second time signing with Pointe. They did a great job for us the first time. However, what I’m super impressed with is the technician we had today, Lee Guzman. He was amazing in every way, going above and beyond and taking care of everything…
Came out and “sprayed” for pests and bugs but unfortunately none of the hornets, spiders, ants or gnats were deterred or eliminated by what ever they was sprayed and I had to call another pest control company out to my house to spray. This is has been a ln issue over the past 3 yrs. I will be moving to another pest control company going forward.
They came and did a treatment at the home we’re renting after we spotted some wasps flying around. Very thorough and informative. Would work with them again!
Clay Dailey was our tech yesterday. Extremely courteous and outstandingly professional. He came and explained step by step the chemicals he was using as we have 4 dogs that was very important to us. He took his time to ensure he didn't miss anywhere on our property and then he wrote a very detailed report outlining…
Stevie was great! Very helpful and very complete! Thank you!
We really appreciate the work Lance does for us… He is professional and courteous.
Brian did a fantastic job at our house today! Even sprayed the inside of our garage and our kid’s play set - thanks so much!!
I've had a severe and recurring problem with wasps. They LOVE all the fencing in my backyard! And occasionally, I've had signs of mice in the garage. Since using Pointe Pest on an established treatment schedule, the number of wasps each spring and summer that return is greatly reduced, and there have been no new…
Very polite and professional. Great service!! 100% recommended.
Great teck very personal. Nice job well done!
Brian is always thorough and professional. I get a note about a week before the service and he shows up to take care of our house. I am very happy with our service with Pointe!
Great contact that they are coming out ahead of time. Contacted when they get here and are quick and thorough. Asked about any issues as well. Great service and friendly.
We count on Pointe Pest Control! Your regular visits keep us mostly pest free. You’ve always fixed any problem that we’ve had, and have come out for extra visits if needed. Thank you!! And your representatives are always pleasant, efficient and courteous.
The tech, Bri, was on time. I showed her our back yard and how to work the gate. She let me know that she did close the gate as she left. Very friendly, talked about what chemicals she was using and why.
Great service. Always very respectful and helpful.
Always great service!
Our service tech, Brian, was an absolute champ and super knowledgeable about the process. We had a great conversation about the service and he showed me places I didn’t even know were infested. Great guy, great service!
Super nice staff and very thorough with their spraying. Since I have set up quarterly spraying they also always come back if I see more spiders, or to remove a bee hive if necessary. One summer we had an issue with mice and they immediately came out to put out traps which was already included in my quarterly…
Our technician, Brandi, is always very positive, thorough, and professional. The service overall has been very effective in controlling our household pests. Highly recommended!
Jessica Odell performed the service efficiently, was friendly and let me know about the bait boxes.
Always willing to answer questions and concerns we have. He’s the best exterminator we have worked with!!

The technician was professional and did great work!
I have been working with Pointe Pest since 2017 in a professional capacity (they are my vendors for Property Management). I have always had nothing but excellence in service with Keith, Jamiee, and David, and the other technicians. I have always felt like our concerns are heard and addressed, by Rob, Nathan, Israel,…
As always, Brian is amazing! So professional, goes above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend Brian and Pointe Pest Control more!!!!!
Ben did a great job! Updated me with what was going on with the mice.
I just moved to Chattaroy , and was worried about rodents moving in for the winter and was told that Pointe Pest Control was the best . And they did not disappoint. Josh my service technician was promt and called beforehand giving me time to get my 3 large dogs under control and at 70 this can be difficult with…
