The tech, Bri, was on time. I showed her our back yard and how to work the gate. She let me know that she did close the gate as she left. Very friendly, talked about what chemicals she was using and why.
Travis Cross at Pointe Pest Control was prompt, friendly and professional. He answered the questions I had and explained what he was going to do for my first treatment. Thanks again!
Brian was AWESOME Good listener Caring and informative. Thank you Brian ! Good Job
Always friendly and asks if there's something more she can do past the regular treatments.
Pleasant young man knocked on the door to offer a pest control inspection. It is a new home build so we are expecting some small problems going forward with minor pest so we decided to eliminate a problem before it could start. Very easy to work with. Thank you.
Completed services with no issues. Completed all requested work including removal of hornet nests and re supplying bait to outdoor mouse traps. Excellent service
Danielle Drake was my tech again & I hope he's always our tech in the future! Fun, friendly & professional! We have almost all ground cover plants so lots of pests are just part of that. Pointe & Daniel do a great job of minimizing the problem.

Very thorough! Travis explained everything in detail & readily had answers to the few questions I had. Have set up a contract with Pointe to come out quarterly to spray. Very pleased.
We were not called first , technician just arrived at the door early in am. I had to get others up to allow him to spray inside. While waiting he sprayed outside except back wall due to dog. He offered to come back and spray once we could take dog inside. He did not return
