The tech, Bri, was on time. I showed her our back yard and how to work the gate. She let me know that she did close the gate as she left. Very friendly, talked about what chemicals she was using and why.

Pleasant young man knocked on the door to offer a pest control inspection. It is a new home build so we are expecting some small problems going forward with minor pest so we decided to eliminate a problem before it could start. Very easy to work with. Thank you.

I called the Coeur D’ Alene office and was scheduled an appointment right away. I was kept up to date with text messages and a phone call the day of service. Very thorough! Travis explained everything in detail & readily had answers to the few questions I had. Have set up a contract with Pointe to come out quarterly to spray. Very pleased.
We were not called first , technician just arrived at the door early in am. I had to get others up to allow him to spray inside. While waiting he sprayed outside except back wall due to dog. He offered to come back and spray once we could take dog inside. He did not return
