Logan was a fantastic technician and he did a terrific job.
Tyler was amazing . Knowledge, flexible and very great to work with. They wanted me to wait on tearing out a wall to observe, and he jumped right in and helped with demo. He helped pack the debris out too. He was good at assuring me that, while we saw quite a bit of damage and activity, everything was going to be…
We have had no rodent, spider nor insect problems since working with Pointe Pest. Bri was friendly, .methodical and professional.
I have been working with Pointe Pest since 2017 in a professional capacity (they are my vendors for Property Management). I have always had nothing but excellence in service with Keith, Jamiee, and David, and the other technicians. I have always felt like our concerns are heard and addressed, by Rob, Nathan, Israel,…

Brian is thorough and friendly.
Every technician has been good at communicating when they’re coming, as I’ve requested, and then checking to make sure there are no new issues or concerns.
Point pest control has done an amazing job! I moved into a hoarder house that was full of insects and rodents and they have taken care of almost every one of them. They are also very friendly and informative about everything they are doing. Also considerate about my animals.
The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient.
Very professional and very informative on what they were doing I would recommend them!!

Ron D was our technician and he provided his usual excellent service. Very thorough, no short cuts.
We had Ron D. come to the house and he was quick, efficient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Taught us about some critters we may have seen, prevention techniques, and was very thorough with his spraying. Very happy with Pointe and will always recommend.
Travis and Michael O were very knowledgeable, polite and made sure to keep me informed with what they were doing and addressed all my questions. Appreciate the great teamwork and positive experience.
I’ve worked with Point Pest at my workplace for the last 8 years and when my hubs and I decided to get pest control service at home there was no need to look anywhere else. They are professional, easy to work with and they get the job DONE. Extra kudos for navigating a small house with an infant and very inquisitive toddler!
Great service and very professional. Highly recommend them for your pest control needs.
Travis was on time, professional and thorough. The set up process was easy thanks to Steve. Looking forward to working with the team from Pointe to get rid of our pest problem.
Forrest was great. Forrest was great
We've used Pointe Pest Control for a few years now and I only have good things to say about them. When they come and spray it's never never very intrusive. They get in, spray, and get out. It never requires more from you then to answer your he door. Maybe 30 seconds of your time at most. Brandi has been servicing my…

We have been customers for a few years. We have a contract to have our house treated once a quarter. We haven't had problems with bugs in the house since we started using Pointe Pest Control. Their staff are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They take time to answer questions. I want to thank Bill for…
Bill answered all my questions and was very thorough in spraying the house exterior. He also took the time to dump out the dog water in case it got some spray in it.
Josh & Troy were incredible!! Professional, thorough & efficient. Explained all the processes and answers all my questions and concerns! Took out two hidden wasp nests and all our spider webs outside we didn’t know about. Will use again!
Pointe Pest Control was recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint! They use natural products they weren’t harmful to our animals (2 cats and a dog). In fact, we were all in the home when Josh, our technician, was spraying. On that note, Josh was a super nice guy! He was fast, friendly, and…
