Tech did not address the front of the house. I called the office to have a tech come back. The lady answering the phone was not professional and hung up on me when I was saying good bye.

Our technician, Leo, arrived on time, inspected the property, discovered more carpenter ants than we had, and went about his procedure to get rid of them and prevent them from entering the house. He was very pleasant, explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with his work today.

I was having mosquito problems with all the rain recently and he sprayed my entire property and put 3 mosquito cages nestled in plant areas in 3 different locations. John explained what he was going to do and why. Now I'm good to go for the remaining mosquito season!
