Tech did not address the front of the house. I called the office to have a tech come back. The lady answering the phone was not professional and hung up on me when I was saying good bye.

Dan is very friendly when he comes. Always double check on stuff. He has the mice under control since we first started. I finally have my kitchen back in order from them running up and down my cabinet with pots and pans.

Jorge was very professional, wore his mask and booties over his shoes and did the entire outside, inside and crawl space. I got phone calls when he was on his way. This was their first visit and I was pleased.

My service technician was excellent. He was thorough, extremely courteous and explained exactly what he needed to do, and then did it. He asked if I had any questions and was patient as he answered everything. I recommend him and would like to have him as my regular technician.
My technician was very professional took the time to explain the answers to all my questions found my problem with entry way for rodent problem and had excellent customer service skills I love the quality of work I received and will definitely be continuing services with Pointe Pest Control.

Ambrose Aguilar was already here and the dogs were barking. He continued spraying for ticks, mosquitoes and fleas. He placed the info for not allowing the dogs out after spraying. I did not personally talk with him but he did spray the whole front and back of our house!
I do not believe he sprayed under the bedrooms. I recently found a possible nest of cellar spiders - because there were a bunch of them on the cement wall under the bedrooms. I sprayed them with bleach myself, but I expect that our service should have taken care of that. Thank you.

We have used Pointe for about a year. They come quarterly for mice since we live in the country and monthly during yhe summer for fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. We have been pleased with the service and the friendliness and professionalism of the technicians that come out. I would highly recommend Pointe Pest Control.
