Tech did not address the front of the house. I called the office to have a tech come back. The lady answering the phone was not professional and hung up on me when I was saying good bye.

Our technician, Leo, arrived on time, inspected the property, discovered more carpenter ants than we had, and went about his procedure to get rid of them and prevent them from entering the house. He was very pleasant, explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with his work today.

Kevin did meet me on arrival as I had asked. I showed him my concern and current activity by moles and discussed the ant issue. He cleaned the house and treated for the ants but I saw NO treatment activity for the moles. I had asked him to use gummy worms to treat the mole issue. He left but never said he was going…
