Tech did not address the front of the house. I called the office to have a tech come back. The lady answering the phone was not professional and hung up on me when I was saying good bye.

Carlos was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He checked in at the beginning of this visit in order to address any specific concerns I might have, and spent extra time examining the property for additional pests while treating for the ones I mentioned. I really appreciate his thoroughness.

Milton was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all. Milton also called before he was on the way to let us know what his arrival time would be. Lastly, he took care and worked precisely to protect my animals and child, while working to prevent further infestation.
