Tech did not address the front of the house. I called the office to have a tech come back. The lady answering the phone was not professional and hung up on me when I was saying good bye.

Dan is very friendly when he comes. Always double check on stuff. He has the mice under control since we first started. I finally have my kitchen back in order from them running up and down my cabinet with pots and pans.

tech was polite, knowledgeable and very neat. very nice and knew his job well. he knows exactly what to do and I suggest everyone should try using Pointe Plus give them a try. i would not use anyone else as everyone at Pointe Plus is very customer oriented and is very very responsive. he always does a great job. great representative of POINTE PEST
