Jonathan Jimenez serviced our home today while we were at work. Overall, we have been pleased thus far with the service of Pointe Pest Control.
Not only did Jamian perform the termite check quickly, efficiently, and showed me that there were NO active termites this time, he also assisted me with getting a sprayer nozzle off of a hose for me. It was stuck - he unstuck it. Above and beyond the call of duty!

He is the most friendly, professional and nice person there is . He explains what he is doing and why! Pointe is a very responsive firm. We started using them a few years back after our neighbor referred them. Pointe has taken care of their property for over 15 years.
I’ve used Pointe Pest control for a multiple years now. Service specialist are very knowledgeable and they explain their answers to your questions thoroughly. You don’t always get a phone call to time of arrival is the only issue.
Pointe Pest Control has been a great service for us. Today the knocked out a wasps nest we didn't even know about!

Brandon arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the outside of our house. He was very polite and very professional. He knew about some of the issues during the previous inspection and address them during this time. Overall, he was very reliable.

Pointe Pest Control is reliable as usual - but I was surprised to see that the person who came by to spray down my house was not wearing a mask at any point during the visit, including the time when he was talking to us with the front door open. I would encourage Pointe Pest Control to revisit their safety…
Your technician, Leonel Alfaro, arrived at my house on Thursday, 6/7. He explained what he was going to do and did I have any other concerns. Leonel was very courteous. Pointe Pest Control is very fortunate to have Leonel as one of their technicians.
